The story ends with an open note where Dr. Guha fools everyone: his long-term girlfriend (Angoori Devi), Byomkesh and in the end the Japanese gang as well.

Guha is the media through which Japanese were able to smuggle freely in West Bengal. Guha, the main culprit and also the land owner of Ajit’s Father, Bhuvan. There are murders, mystery and all kinds of suspense revolving around the characters of the film. Byomkesh then one by one unfolds the mysteries hidden behind Ajit’s missing father. Byomkesh gets on this case and starts enquiring Ajit about his father. The film starts with Byomkesh (played by Sushant Singh Rajput) meeting a client: Ajit (played by Anand Tiwari), in a café, as Ajit states that his father is missing and he is worried about him. The Japanese gang is very powerful and desperate, and as a result there are murders and assassinations that take place. The plot of the movie is based on a Japanese mafia gang who tries to smuggle via West Bengal, and a few money-minded localities help them to make West Bengal the main hub of drug-dealing.
